because flying is the ultimate superpower

AcroYoga is the fusion of simple Acrobatics & Partner Yoga for all levels of participants – focusing on partnership, trust, community and health, creating amazing shapes linked together into stunning flows.

Essentially learning to fly and effortlessly weight lift your friends; you will literally and figuratively elevate each other to new heights.

Not only will it improve your strength, flexibility and communication on all levels, it can help the mind too, to find the inner strength and confidence in your own life.

The important thing is to take a playful approach and enjoy yourself – no experience or even a partner is necessary – and as long as you have some movement background then you should be able to practice.

So begin your journey today and join our acro community of fun and friendship.
